As a registered Community Amateur Sports Club, our tennis club is guided by a dedicated management committee elected annually by our members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Our committee plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our club's facilities, setting membership and guest fees, and organizing fundraising events.

Structured as a Company Limited by Guarantee, a number of our committee members serve as company directors. This legal structure provides important liability protection for our committee members in the event of any legal proceedings. We file our annual accounts with Companies House, ensuring transparency and financial accountability.
